- For March, most of the results for this area of Louisville are consistent with last year. DOM is higher, but this is largely reflective of the fact that many nice homes languished at the end of last year. Besides, 3 months is really not that long.
- One area of concern for Sellers could be the increased inventory. More compeitition means you really need a Louisville real estate agent who understands how to help you prepare, price, and promote your home.
- On the other hand, higher-priced homes are selling. This indicates a move away from investment grade properties. As buyers take advantage of the $8000 first-time home buyer tax credit more trade-up customers will enter the market. Good news for this area of Louisville.
